AT commands for TTL

Help please I have a Conexant Intl HSFi MiniPCI Modem V92 that keeps dropping the connection after 2-3 mins to the Banksia Intra 4 modem on the RAS server (Win 2000 Small Business Server) at a clients office. I can keep the connection alive by setting up a continuous ping but this is not satisfactory for the client. Is there any AT commands for the Time To Live (TTL)that I can alter to make the connection stay open??

This infernal modem came bundled with a Compaq Evo N115 notebook and there are four other users having the same problem. [sadeyes]

Any help would be much appreciated. [neutral]
