If AT is used on the command line for the Schedule service, what cmd is used for "Task Scheduler" which is installed with Internet Explorer.

AT can still be used with Task Scheduler. Task Scheduler has some sort of import engine to capture the AT data. I personally don't know of any new tools for scheduler.
