Hi,

How do I tell if the system is configured for asynchronous IO?

Does regular vxfs (not database edition) support asynchronous IO?. The second is a veritas question. if you know the answer, please reply.

See the mount_vxfs man page, look for the convosync= and mincache= options. If you can make sense of them you get a star!!
