This is from the Apache Error Log - any ideas?

[Sat Aug 17 00:19:55 2002] [warn] (22621)The semaphore timeout period has expired. : winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.
[Sat Aug 17 02:13:04 2002] [warn] (22621)The semaphore timeout period has expired. : winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.

This is followed by a BSOD.
