I recently got a Diamond Max 80gig HDm and found out that my bios was not current enough to support larger than 32gig HD's. So I downloaded the most current stable release of the bios upgrade, and flashed my bios. Now I still can not get more than 32gig in my bios. I am using a Asus P2B mother board, with bios version 04/12/00 1012, the HD is a secondary master, and I dual boot, between scsi, and IDE, unsing mainly FAT32 partitions, except for the linux partition, on the primary IDE master. I tried to contact Asus, but ended up no where. Anyone know a work around, without having to up to buy controller cards, and use ez bios?
