Your mobo should handle anything up to a Pentium III 600, with your current configuration.
More RAM is always useful - and will help your graphics work. Also consider an up-to-date graphics card - although this board will not support AGP 4x, it will run a board of this specification at 1x (possibly 2x). You will gain from the increased performance of the card, and, again, plenty of video RAM will help your photographics work. 64Mb is probably overkill, though.
Check out Asus website for BIOS updates - if you need them.

Asus has released BIOS 1006, which adds support for newer Celeronn II and PIII chips from 1.5v up. Cheers,

Comtech, I'm a little confused - the revision given on ASUS site is 1012?
komv, Now that I examine the specification further, I see that this board is capable of running up to 800Mhz Pentium III (including E, but not B or EB and Celeron chips) - with the correct jumper settings.
Note: B/EB chips have an internal speed of 133MHz, which is why this board cannot handle them. The highest speed, dictated by hardware, not BIOS revision, is 112MHz.
It also depends upon which version of the board you are using. Later boards have different (but very close) support.

OK, then ASUS has released another version since I last looked.
The P2B (whatever the latest BIOS version) DOES provide support for Celeron with ASUS slotket, up to 10x multiplyer and the lower voltages for Celeron II.
The ASUS slotket has jumpers for setting voltage, so I KNOW it works.
You're right, it should support PIII (100mhz) up to 800mhz with nothing more than the BIOS flash. Cheers,
