Asus A7N8X deluxe FP Sound connections

Hi

I am using a Asus A7N8X Deluxe motherboard and Coolermaster case. The case has a front panel for USB and sound. The sound connections on the motherboard are jumpered and there is no info in the manual or Asus's website about this. How do I make the connections so that I can have the front panel sound to work.
