It's an Asus board, you're going to like it. The board you chose uses the AMD761 chipset which I recommend to people over any other chipset available. This Asus board is rock solid, but it will cost you a bit extra for the Asus name. If you might want to save some costs, try the FIC or Epox equivilent boards.
I just setup a system with this board and it rocks! Very stabile and it works well with WinME. It's also very fast. Just make sure you have an AMD approved power supply and PC2100 memory. I'm running a T-Bird 1.2/266 CPU, Asus V7100 video, 256 MB PC2100 Mem and a 40 GB IBM 7200 RPM ATA100 HD. The CPU runs great with a core temp of 45 degree's. Haven't tried to overclock it yet since I'm already impressed with the speed.
