if it is acd, could be. It is a 3rd party acquire though, as sym acquires tnb. I've chgd 400 at a time with no corruption the way you say you do it.

i would disable and out the set, then put it back in... but i have had to reload a major customer due to a simple change on an acd set... brokers with 1200 stations get very upset when you turn there switch off a 2 o'clock on a trading day..

you can echg 10K phones and not cause a problem.. the 1st time it takes the box down, will be the worst possible time to drop one..

the 1st one i saw (not the only), was the last echg i made on an acd set... it takes 3 minutes to take it out, put it back, without a script...

JP that can be said about any change, not just ACD. I changed a DN on a phone once and the switch did an INI.
It's just a crap shoot when and why it happens.

i would never disagee with that.. with acd you have to many pointers set on each set... it may just be that i try to be more carefull.. and i get paid by the hour...

we do 100's of echg's per week, just not on acd...i don't know, but i would bet that otm (tm) does an echg when you use it to change a single key on an acd set...
