Hi. We're upgrading Aironet 350 bridges with Aironet 1300s but need them to be able to communicate. No luck getting them to associate so far. Can anyone who's succeeded, provide some tips or direct me to some useful documentation. Here's some config info:
Cisco 350 firmware 12.05 (radio 5.20u)
STP enabled
Authentication - open (WEP not set)
SSID - BarraITprueba
Radio cell role - client/Non-Root
Max No. of associations - 2
Event log - "Lost Autherntication with parent"
Cisco 1310G - firmware 12.3(8)JEA (radio 6.00.1)
STP - enabled
Authentication - open
SSID - BarraITprueba
Radio role - Root Bridge
Data Rates - OFDM rates excluded
External antenna - enable 5dB gain (air-ant2506)
Set Infrastructure SSID BarraITprueba - force infrastructure devices to associate only to this SSID
Well, I think those are the important parameters. Please let me know what I've missed. The units seem unaware of each other.
Thanks,
Seb.
