Hi All,

Got a auto attendant using Assisted Transfers. With a normal transfer, the CLI passes across. When using assisted transfers, all that comes across is ?? - haven't used them in a while and I'm sure in 3.0, the CLI was passed. Am I missing something/is it east to get the CLI to be passed?

Sure I'm missing something simple

Cheers!

mmmmmmm guess I just answered my own question I think!! Guess on source of transfer I put $CLI!!

Will try tomorrow...

Maybe I didn't answer my own question - still the same thing!

Any ideas?

Can you give a scenario of how your auto attendant works, and what you are doing with the assisted transfer?

Simple - call goes into the AA, checks a condition, goes to a Menu, then to a module where we have a assisted transfers (if 1 group is busy, pass on to the next assisted transfer).

If you use normal transfers, the CLI comes through, but not with an assisted transfer.

I've noticed the same thing. In my case I have a VMPro call flow using an assisted transfer for Meet Me Conferencing. I have a 412 on 3.1.65. As callers dial in and are passed into the conference I notice the ?? in Call Status. Used to work on previous releases (I think 3.0), but since going to 3.1, seems to be broken. The funny thing though, is that if I pull up Delta Server, I can see all the CLI information on the parties in the conference.

Try to catch the CLI in the beginning of the call flow with a generic action, the action must be Save=$CLI. Then in the assisted transfer use $SAV as the source of transfer.
