Assigning TSButton to a Bitmap Image

I've been using the TSButton.cfg file to direct a button in Aloha to run a script. I ran into a situation the other day where a button that was configured in the .cfg file was displaying an image from an unwanted tender icon. After playing around a bit I've found that if you have any bitmaps in the .bpm file named TDR***.bmp where *** is an alphabetic character rather than numeric, it changes all of your buttons defined in the .cfg file to that image. It also seems that when you have multiple TDR.BMP files defined this way it chooses whichever comes last in alphabetical order and assigns that to the button (tdrZEBRA.bmp takes priority over tdrTANGO.bmp).

Is there any more clarification regarding this? I can't seem to figure out how to assign 2 different .bmp icons to 2 different tsbutton.cfg buttons.

Thanks!

Oh this is fairly easy to fix. Are you running Aloha Manager or New Aloha Manager/CFC?

Aloha Manager, though I work with New Aloha every once in a while so anything you have regarding both versions is super helpful!

So I believe in Aloha Manager these bmp's are set under the item as well as in NAM. The difference with NAM is that you have to import the media files.

When BMPS are covering tenders etc of things you don't want covered remove it from the item in the database. I have found that if you just want the bmp's gone off of the items the best way is to delete the bmp's all together on each terminal in their bmp folder and on the boh and refresh.
