Assigning static ip address sx200 icp 5340

Attempting to talk customer through this. I have instructions somewhere, but I'm not getting to network parameters/changing or modifying. Just trying to assign a static address.
I have all the pertinent ip information for the system, gateway, etc., even an ip address for the phone. Just can't get there.

Unplug the phone.
Hold down the up and down arrows while plugging the phone in Until the display changes.
I believe the first screen is view.
Then change
