Does anyone have a good document or link to Avaya's website that helps in following the rule of thumb for a new Definity S8700 system and what is the suggested method for initially assigning frl's to COR's for stations and trunk groups. We are configuring a new system and want to have at least 4 levels of COR's for stations. One for fully unrestricted;one for restricted to local calls only;one for in-house only and one for 911 and in-house only

Type 'newterm' at the command line on your system, and cut and paste it into this forum. Then we can send u to the correct direction. Or go to advanced google.com and put in 'frl' for support.avaya.com

P.S. A message to all,if you want to get the best response to a question, please read FAQ222-2244 first. Also give the type & version of your voice mail & pbx system & preview your post to make sure it is complete & understandable. Be aware that if u don't answer a question, I usually will not continue to help u.

We currently have a G3R V6.3 but are going to install an S8700 next year in a new building. I want to redo all of my
COR's and FRL's and route patterns
