Assigning a line to a m7324

I need to add another line to a Meridian M7324, it currently only has one line and i'd like to make it have two.

I'm sure this can be done, since I have another phone, same model with 2 lines.

you really need to get us the info on what kind of a system (not the phone) you have and if possible the software level you are working from. if you already have one 7324 tel set with two lines it shold be just programming to add another line. but we need a bit more info.

Ok, I just started working on these phone systems. So i'm learning what the setup is.

I'm looking into what equipment we have, my knowledge is computers, not phones. I'll reply back shortly with that info.

1 Startalk Flash capabale up to or max 4 channels and 48 mailboxes.
Default comes with 2 channels 24 mailboxes (open front cover and if you see a large cartridge in the bottom labeled 4 then you are at the max, if a dummy is in there still then you have the default.

Software versions unknown however if you look at the main cabinet on the left inside at the top you see the software cartridg....right down all the numbers letters etc.
For vmail version login to F983 with your password then press 9 or open the door and look at the credit card sized cartridge for numbers.
