Use Call Accounting (CDR) to eliminate phones that "do" make calls, leaving those that are left as suspect. However, internal calls are not included in CDR by default.
Add LD 30 to the DROL in the OVLY part of the CFN (LD 17)
Then invoke the midnight routines or review the midnight routines the next day
any digital port that does not have a phone plugged in will disable
this does not tell you about 500 sets only digital
