assign values from one table to another

Hey, another little problem )

I have one table for inductees, and another one for seasonal Unix logins to assign to these Inductees...

How would I be able to take the next sequential 'X' amount of records from the logins table and assign these values in sequence to the list of inductees automatically...

Any Ideas?
