assign url tags to an image

I'm using version 9, and I've created a jpg
500x75 and I would like to assign a url tag to this.

I right clicked on the object, selected properties,
entered in a url and selected bounding rectangle.

But my default bounding rectangle is
(0,75)-(-1,74).

Can someone please point me in the right direction.
