Assign owner(s) to a Call Handler??

Unity Cxn 8.02
Am trying to figure out where/how to assign 1 or more "owners" to a call handler. I've been through Chapter 6 of the admin guide & don't see where to do this.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Never mind. Found it. The screen I needed was coming up behind some other windows. Once I started closing things down I found what I was looking for.
