ASPI and IMAIL service failed to start

I have these two services, ASPI and IMAIL, failed to start. When I manually start the services, I got an error saying the specified file can not be found on the system. Any suggestion how to resolve this problem? Perhaps I can re-install these two services....please point me to a website to download the driver. The system is a gateway server 7400 series and has a Seagate backup Tape drive.
