Hello all, I am very new to aspect so I am hoping to get some help from many of the experts on this board. I a problem where our aspect systems shutsdown at 04:30am and I would like to change it to shutdown @ 03:30am. I am unable to see anything in the scheduler to change this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mike

I'll assume by shutdown you mean point the incoming trunks to either a busy signal, or a closed announcment of some sort. If this is the case, you would need to create Procedures to point the various inbound Trunks/DNISs to a closed announcement CCT or the like. The procedures are handled from System Administrator. You can create them, specify what level is allowed to execute them, and schedule them for automatic execution.

Thanks Moebius01, I will try tomorrow.

Cheers,
Mike
