ASP web based file manager?

Hello Everyone!

I was just wondering if there were some sort of web based ASP file manager (pref. free ^_^). Basically I need the ability to upload, download, delete, rename, (edit?, move?, the MORE control, the BETTER). I have tried creating my own but it gets too complicated. If anyone can help I wil greatly appreciate it!

Links to resources are generally fine. Basically if the link is appropriate for the question and you aren't trying to sell someone a service then you should be good.
