ASP.NET Web Matrix Project problem. Please, help?

I am just starting ASP.NET, bought the book ASP.NET in 24 hours, CD with Web Matrix(special software for creating ASP.NET pages) was included.
I try to run ASP.NET page locally on localhost port 8080, tells me that page cannot be displayed, I did everything by the book. If there is anything else to it, please point it out.
