ASP.NET Version mismatch

Im struggling with this ASP.NET version mismatch.i have followed all the steps mentioned in the help ,i have XP professional,vs.net 2003,.NetFramework 1.1 ..,i tried aspnet_regiis -i ,nothing seems to work ..any help

What do you mena? Do you mean you are struggling swapping versions of the framework?
