ASP.NET / IIS Freezing machine in debugger

Hello,

I am having a problem where my computer is freezing when I run a ASP.net project. It freezes in the debugger, or if I try to run it as localhost. I cannot even access the windows Taskbar, or anything. I have to power off my
computer.

It is a brand new machine, XP Pro, VS.NET 2003.

Other Notes:
- I can access my pages from another machine, and it doesn't freeze.
- Debugging / running windows forms isn't a problem.
- I repaired my VS.NET installation as well, and still had the same problem.

Please help.
