asp/mdb connections ...

I am working on my first dynamic site with asp/access through UltraDev.
I am gettting errors re: the connection to the .mdb file. It says that the file is open somewhere else.
Does this mean I need seperate connections for seperate pages to the same .mdb? Or is this a IIS or UltraDev thing ..
I am doing it all on xp and IIS ..
