ASP error

[SOAM]

Hello to all. I was wondering if someone could assist me in working thru an issue. I have an asp form that submits to a database. For some reason it has stopped working today and I have tried all I know and search google to try and locate what is going on. I am running on IIS and connecting to an MSAccess DB. The error page I am getting is

HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error
Internet Information Services

costcenter.ActiveConnection = MM_Rounding_STRING
