Has anyone here tried installing ASO/ARCserve 7.0 Client Agent on SCO OpenServer?

I installed the said agent on one SCO server and was successful, but as I tried to run 'uagentsetup', the ff occured: /usr/lib/uagent/uagent:6xxx Killed
Invalid Uagent License

Obviously, this has something to do with licensing.

Documents and experience on (installation) other UNIX platforms (e.g. AIX, Solaris) show that the first intallation and setup does not need any license (yet).

Any advice?

From what I understand, the client agent for unix does not require registration. All it needs is an Advanced Edition of ARCserve to back it up.

The version is Unicenter TNG Advanced Storage Option or ARCserve 7.0 Enterprise Edition. All agents do need to be licensed.

However, the Unix agents' processes cease running only after 30 days if not registered. I am wondering why the said process (uagent) would not start when it is only my first time to install it on an (the) SCO server.

I have installed UNIX agents of ASO, ARCserve, ARCserveIT and BrightStor on other UNIX (Solaris, AIX) flavors and they all run after installing (for 30 days).

Has anyone of you tried installing an agent on an SCO OpenServer machine?

Thanks.
