I have a customer with a MICS 7.1 T1 and 12 ASM's is there a way to look remotely and see if there is a phone on the end of the ATA? If I look in Maintenance it just shows ATA. Am I missing something?

you won't be able to see the type of phone because it's an analog port.

That's pretty much what I thought. It won't tell if there is anything on the end?
