What is the best way to have a recipient answer questions in an email that we will be sending to them--we would like our text in the original email to be uneditable, but give the recipient the ability to fill in answers to questions and they would then send it back to us.......

Thanks!

The ideal solution would be an email that would include a link to an ASP questionarre. However, if you know how to create stationary in outlook, you can create your questions as images, put them on a blank stationary design and save your design. I don't know how well this will work as I have never done it.

What about using a PDF file? If I create a PDF file with the editable fields, what is the best way to handle the file? As an attachment? Or a link?? With it as an attachment, the user would have to fill it in, save it and email it back, correct??

I'm obviously new to this area, so any ideas are greatly appreciated!

What about Voting Buttons? Open a new e-mail and go to View - Options - Voting and Tracking options. Select Use voting buttons and enter the available choices into the text box or select them from the drop-down. HTH

Why make it simple and efficient when it can be complex and wonderful?

Your best bet is to just put a link on a website for a form for them to fill out.

Many servers will filter out anything with attachments that are questionable and will dump HTML encoded emails at the routers. ( I do.)
