Ascom i75 phones on SES/CM

I'm having some MWI issues with Ascom i75 phones on an Avaya SES. Does the i75 get the 46xxsettings.txt file and can I get that phone to pull it's updates on MWI quicker? It seems to take an hour right now for MWI updates.
