Ascom d81 noisy conversations in MD110

We have one customer with an MD110 and many BS330 and Worfs running on ELU31.
Approx. 1000 DECT handsets from Ascom, like d62, d41 etc.
These handset work excellent, but the new d81 gives noisy (scratsch) conversations.
Handover works OK for the d81, but when handing over a small click is heard.
Have you heard about this issue? Could you solve this?

We found out that it could be a defective production series, since some of our d81's workes well and others have noisy converstions.
