Ascending fields in reports 1

I am trying to make several fields on my report ascend but I can not find where that option is in the design mode I know it is sitting right in front of my nose but I just can not see it.

Can someone please help me?

Not sure how you view your DB but maximize the DB then maximize the report window. On the left hand side below the toolbar between the rulers is a box right click that box and go to "Sorting and Grouping". That should help you out.

Use "Sort", it's under "table"
