I am having an issue with ASA under Citrix. When trying to use GEDI, I get a message that ASA is unable to acces a file and it wants me to try a reinstall. GEDI will run after this message, but it runs like emulation, rather than the nice sortable columns.
I believe this to be a 'rights' issue, but our Citrix admin has given me full rights to almost every Avaya folder and registry that we can find. Is there something else that I am missing?
