Hi I have inherited an ASA 5520 and need to setup a NAT entry. We have external IPs allocated and the modem is working in transparent mode so should be passing all traffic to the ASA. There is an existing rule setup which works for another server. I have copied this but still no joy.
There is also nothing in the ASA logs when I try to contact the IP. It's like the ASA isn't 'aware' of it.
Is there anywhere else that I need to add the external IP details so that the WAN interface knows to service requests for it ?

Many thanks

They need to be allowed by the ACLs and a static to connect the external and internal IPs.
Post a scrubbed config.

Thanks, just taking a copy of the config now. I have added the NAT and the security entry but it's like the ASA isn't listening on that IP as nothing shows up in the logs when I try to access it.
