We just recently installed an ASA 5505 in our office. I use Windows VPN to connect to some of our customers telephone systems for maintenance and changes. Since we installed the ASA in our office I can no longer connect via Windows VPN. I tested this today by connecting my laptop directly into our cable modem and the Windows VPN connected. I looked at the logs that was created while I tried to connect to the VPN and here is what I got:
regular translation creation failed for protocol 47 src inside: X.X.X.X dst oustside X.X.X.X
(I removed the actual IP addresses)
Could someone tell me what I need to do to allow this? I am not an IT tech but I have done some router programming in the past. Thank You.
