as5300

Hello all,is there anyone who has experience working
with an as5300 voip/TDM configuration?
I am having the problem that when i dial trough my as5300
i only get one tone(it last like half a sec.) and then
back to the ivr.
I use my Clarent gateway connected to the as5300 to
get ivr services from it
