AS/400 Mail Server Framework job abends

Hello,

Our AS/400 at V5R1 has a scheduled job to send an e-mail via SNDDST. The mail never gets delivered (unless we stop and restart thr MSF) and we get this error in the Mail Server Framework job:

Anybody have any ideas? Google did not come up with anything specific to the problem.

Update.

It turns out, after the umpteenth time talking with IBM, that the backup job had been locking the required file /QTCPTMM/ATTABOX/JW090941.ENV. We will modify our backups accordingly and that should resolve the issue.
