AS 11.1 SP1 and Server 2003 with Service Pack 1

I have justed noticed that on Windows 2003 Servers that have been upgraded to Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 can not backup the computer it the entire computer name is checked. If I just select the "C" drive, or just select system state, I can back it up. If I select the entire computer name, the job crashes eveyr time. Windows 2000 servers and windows 2003 Servers without SP1 backup correctly.

I wonder if this is an issue with OPEN FILES Agent. Haven't seen anything on supportconnect.ca.com yet, but I can reproduce it every time.

I have seen this and do not have a solution. It is directly tied to W2K3 SP1. But I did not resolve the case I saw and instead passed it on to CA support.
