I am installing a Prologix with r9 software. It was taken out of one company location and being reinstalled at another. It still has a lot of residual programming that I am slowly cleaning out. Here is my problem. We have to dial a 10 digit number for local calls due to dual area codes. One area code is predominate and the other is fairly new. I built a route to insert the area code for 7 digit numbers dialed on 2-9 in the ARS analysis table. This works great on everything except 5. When I dial the 572-7246, it inserts the area code and then inserts 203(from where I don't know) and takes the first four of the desired number and drops the last 3. I cannot find where this 203 number is being inserted. Help!

'ch location' is my guess.

type 'list ars route-chosen 572-7246' to see what ars pattern the call is taken. I would guess it is one that is set up for fnpa.

Got it! It was the location setup.
Thanks guys!
