ARS analysis Tables

Can anyone out there send me definitions for the choices that are available under the "Call Type" field? Some examples are "op" "fnpa" "hnpa" etc...

op" is Operator, "fnpa" is Foreign NPA (ie long distance), "hnpa" is Home NPA (local), 'svc' is Service (911/411/etc)

Those are the ones I know of off hand.

Thanks. So should all toll free numbers normally be set to hnpa?

fnpa=foreigh NPA (area codes other than your own)
hnpa=home NPA (your area code)

When setting up the ARS tables I've worked with in the past, if it's routing as a "local call" yes. I route all of my toll free over local circuits and create them as HNPA.
