array in session variable

Hi, Thanks in advance for any help.

In my app, on one page, I create an array that for purpose of explanation is 5 rows and 9 columns. I assigned this array to a session variable after it has been populated partially from a database and partially through code and checking selections on a form.

The next page has the array that is 5 rows by 5 columns, not 9 columns. I can not figure out why this is. Has anyone had any experience with this? If you post code, I can read it in either VB or C#, but my app is in VB.

I should have been more clear. The number of rows is variable (depending on # of rows in db), but the number of columns is always the same.

It seems that the number of rows always shows up correctly, just not the columns. Thanks!
