Aria 250 - Skip Password featuer not installed

I wanted to try out the skip password on direct dial feature and when I changed it in the COS I was told that that feature wasn't installed. Since the Aria 250 is no longer supported how can I activate this feature??

I do not think Avaya will turn it on any more it was a 2,500.00 charge to get it turned on at one time.
