Aria 130 reset not connect handsets

Hi All,
I have an Aria 130 – bought it second hand and trying to get it working.
Slot1 DTIB12/24 with 12 ports
Slot4 CLCOB
Slot5 VMIB
The MB is IPLDK MPBSN
I can connect to it using PC Admin and it reports firmware AU90P-3.9Ea Aug/10

I am trying to get it to talk to my LDP-7016D handset but no luck. The handset shows no sign of life. The handsets are fine. I have 5 of them and they test ok against an Aria 24 IP.
I have connected the RJ21 to an spare MDF and I am connecting the handset over pairs 1-26 and 2-27 etc.
Any assistance would be gratefully accepted.

With ipLDK-100 s/w 3.9 (Aria 130), the LDP-7016 shoulb work.
Try reset the system with backup battery OFF and database set to default.
What does the display of the LDP-7016 show?

Thanks Doktor.
I reset the system twice - battery backup off and on - no good.
I reseated the DTIB board from slot 1 to slot 2. Handset still not active but viewing the DTIB board layout via PC Admin the board is recognised OK. Checking the RJ21 socket over pairs 1-26, 2-27 etc. I do not get any voltage. I am coming to the conclusion this board is dead :-(.
I really want a 24 port and this is only a 12 port so no major problem.

It could also be the slot that is not working. You can try some of the other SLOTs, maybe.
