I create a snapshot repl of a table and create a push and in works the first time. then then next time is pushes the changes are not reflected, is this correct, how can make a scheduled snapshot update the subscriber???

When you start the snapshot agent it will create the snapshot. You'll need to start the agent on the subscribers to actually download and apply the snapshop.

I am testing this on the same server just different db, how would this apply.
Also , my snapshot agent icon has a red mark on it like it is not runnong but it seems to run, what might be the cause?thanks!!!

Red mark? Describe the red mark. Also, are you sure your snapshot agent is set up to use the correct login / pwd?

Check under Replication -> Publications. Highlight the publication and to the right side should show up a list of your involved agents. You can right click them to get a more detailed job/error history.
