Are users connected to my server?

I am trying to find out if users are connected to my servers. If so, are they connected via a SQL\PIPE?

Is there a PERL module.function or even a command line tool that can tell me this?

I need it to work for remote servers, ie, I'll not be executing this script on my SQL servers.

Are these remote servers under your control? What webserver are you using? What OS? What database are you using on the remote server?

Yes, these remote servers are under my control ;-)

No Web server. Just SQL servet (MS SQL 7.0) running on NT 4.0.
