Give them a call and ask them for a list of their platinum NASP channel partners in your area. If you are looking for over 500chs they may sell and support direct (and if you push hard enough get 20% off list price)

I heard that NICE is leaning towards web-based recording that you run off of your own server at a fraction of the cost. Make sure to ask about that option and if it's available before you invest in their proprietary loggers.

NICE have been trying to go software only for years (more profit in the support). The only solution at the moment that is CFE is a VoiP system, station side recording will always need dac based recording. They had plans to introduce a CFE solution for smaller recording environments, i.e if you need to record up to 90 chs they would supply the s/w and dac cards and you would put them into your own server. Don't know if anything came of it though.
