arcserver 6 manual

hey guys - i have arcservit 6 on n.t domains at work and never used it before. is there a manual or some faqs or just quick notes that i can refer to on how to use this thing. i'm most interested in checking that the backups were done, be able to read the backups and know how to restore from a tape/backup. thanks.

The manuals for v6 weren't very good, more of a pamphlet really.

Online help will tell you pretty much all you need to now.

To see if a backup was done check job status, it should say completed or at worst incomplete.

If it says incomplete click the job log tab at the bottom of the screen and you can see what it missed.

To see what was backed up check the Database.
