ArcserveIT for Windows NT

Hey all,
I'm having a small problem, I am running ArcserveIT for Windows NT on a exchange 5.5 server and attached to it is a 20/40GB DAT. When I look at the drive stats in my computer, it shows that the total size of the drive being backed up is 29.9GB, I have turned the brick level backup off and yet the job does not fit on one tape. Compression is on, I think. How do I verfy that Compression is on? Any ideas as to why the job is not fitting?

This is a subject that has been delt with many times already. Go into the Advanced search, just do a search on compression and you will find all the answers.
