I've read the FAQs on flushing the VLDB, but can I prevent it from growing so fast? As I add more servers to my backup the VLDB grows back even faster. Can I somehow turn down the detail level?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Backup, Options, Operation, Database, Record Job and Session Information Only.

Or

ARCserve Server Admin, Configuration, Database, Enable Catalog Database.

If I change to that, will I have to Merge the tape before I can restore stuff?
